Online coaching is digital exercise and nutrition guidance with a personal coach. You will get tailor made plans and advice as well as follow-ups based on your needs and goals from your coach thorough our app and chat.

Do I have to workout at a gym?

No, you can choose to workout at home, outside, at a gym, or other places. Your coach will make a plan based on what your preference and what you have available.

How many times a week do I have to work out?

There are no lower limit. Your coach will give you advice based on your level, experience, and preferences.

Do you adapt to food allergies?

All our services have a binding period of 3 months. This is to ensure that the advice is right for you and to work through the most difficult weeks.
